A Travertine Ceiling Light with a Thick Ring and an Open Underside

The light source here is recessed inside a wide stone ring, and the underside is left open, so the glow comes out of the centre as a clean lit circle rather than through a panel. Above it, a raised canopy adds a second layer close to the ceiling, which is what gives the fitting depth. Travertine carries the body with wood detailing above. Beige, in warm white or with three light colours.

A favourite in Japanese and pared-back interiors: the stone and wood pairing is the reason.

Demand is high and stock is moving fast. Ordered today, dispatched within 24-48 hours.

Why Choose This Travertine Ceiling Light

• Circular ring form: a wide banded body that reads as an object, not a lamp.
• Open underside glow: the recessed source makes a clean illuminated centre without a visible bulb.
• Layered ceiling canopy: the raised top adds depth overhead where a flat mount adds none.
• Travertine with wood detailing: two natural materials against each other.
• Grounded sculptural presence: the reason it suits a quiet room.

Perfect For

• A living room: a warm centre light that is still interesting unlit.
• A bedroom: the open underside keeps the glow soft overhead.
• An entryway: stone at the door sets the tone for the rest.
• Pared-back interiors: natural texture instead of a painted finish.
