A Bird Feeder with a Perch That Spins a Squirrel Off by Weight

A squirrel weighs several times what a finch does, and this feeder uses exactly that: the perch is weight activated, so a bird lands and feeds while a squirrel's weight sets it spinning and tips the animal off. No poison, no cage, nothing that keeps the birds out too. Heavy-duty metal components under a weather-resistant powder coat, four feeding ports for several species at once, and a 5 lb seed reservoir so refills are weekly rather than daily.

One of our most popular garden products: the spinning perch is what people come looking for.

Why Choose This Squirrel Proof Bird Feeder

• Weight activated spinning perch: it sorts squirrels from birds by weight, which no cage does as cleanly.
• Four feeding ports with a round perch: several birds and several species feed at once.
• 5 lb seed capacity: refilling becomes a weekly job instead of a daily one.
• Heavy-duty metal with powder coat: it survives both the weather and the squirrels' attempts.
• Lift-off lid and wide-mouth reservoir: filling and cleaning without a funnel or a fight.

Perfect For

• A garden with squirrels: the exact problem this was built for.
• Birdwatching: four ports means there is usually something to watch.
• Hanging from a branch or a hook: the hanging design needs no pole.
• Year-round feeding: the powder coat is what gets it through winter.
