A Travertine Ceiling Light Built as Two Stacked Discs

The form here is deliberately in two parts: a wide round top plate with a smaller rounded diffuser centred beneath it. That layering is what gives the fitting depth overhead where a single flat disc gives none, and it reads as a sculptural object rather than a light. Travertine brings its own pitted, grainy surface, so no two are identical. The overall height stays low and close to the ceiling. Beige, in warm white or with three light colours.

A favourite in interiors built on clean lines and natural materials: the stone and the layered form together.

Demand is high and stock is moving fast. Ordered today, dispatched within 24-48 hours.

Why Choose This Travertine Ceiling Light

• Layered disc silhouette: a wide top with a centred lower dome, which gives the ceiling depth instead of a flat circle.
• Natural travertine: the pitting and grain differ on every piece, as stone does.
• Soft rounded diffuser: a curved underside that spreads the light and contrasts the flat plane above.
• Ceiling-hugging profile: low overall height, so a lower room still works.
• Balanced central canopy: a compact mount that keeps the whole form symmetrical.

Perfect For

• A living room: a quiet focal point that is still a sculpture when unlit.
• A bedroom: the diffuser is what keeps the light soft overhead.
• A hallway: the low profile is what makes it workable.
• Natural material interiors: stone beside wood and linen rather than against them.
