A 47 cm Rice Paper Pendant Light That Fills a Room Without Lighting It Harshly

At 47 cm across and 82 cm tall, this pendant light is large enough to be the thing you notice in a room, and the rice paper shade means that presence does not come with glare. The paper diffuses the bulb into a warm, even glow that suits a dining table or a living room far better than a bare fitting. A 150 cm wire sets the drop, and it handles sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees.

One of our most-requested statement pendants: the scale and the paper shade together are why customers choose it.

Why Choose This Rice Paper Pendant Light

• Sculptural rice paper shade: the paper is what turns a bulb into ambient light, and it has a texture no plastic copies.
• 47 cm diameter, 82 cm tall: a real presence over a table, where a small shade disappears.
• 150 cm adjustable wire: set the drop for your ceiling instead of accepting one height.
• Sloped ceiling compatible up to 30°: it hangs straight where most pendants hang crooked.
• E26 or E27 socket: takes a 5W LED or a 40W incandescent equivalent, your choice.

Perfect For

• Over a dining table: diffused light at head height, which is exactly what eating under wants.
• A living room with height to fill: the 82 cm shade occupies vertical space nothing else does.
• A bedroom instead of a ceiling fitting: soft light rather than a bright disc overhead.
• Loft and attic rooms: the sloped-ceiling compatibility is the reason it fits there.
